Trend studio lessons such as spinning, pilates, zumba and kangoo jumps are offered for those who want to lose weight while having fun. For hobby enthusiasts, waltz, high heels, rumba, hip-hop and latin dance courses are offered. With personal trainers and nutritionists experts in the field of fitness, personalized programs and highly motivated individuals can progress their physical form to the highest point in the spacious environment of the island's largest sports complex, the CIU Arena. The complex serves students and the public seven days a week.
The indoor sports hall, which has quality above European standards, has been designed to enable all sports fans to practice sports in a professional way. The special parquet used on the floor of the hall, with a capacity of 1540, has a structure that will prevent long-term injuries for athletes.
25*22 meters long, 2.50 meters deep and 8 lanes semi-Olympic swimming pool with a capacity of 191 spectators, is in compliance with the International Swimming Federation (FINA) standards. It is suitable for all types of competitions and organizations in branches such as swimming, underwater hockey, scuba, synchronized swimming and water polo.
The CIU Arena's fitness center, with a 780 m2 closed area, features advanced technology and fully equipped fitness and cardio equipment. There are two spinning, pilates, yoga, aerobic and many other similar studios suitable for various programs.
The climbing wall is located in the indoor fitness section of the CIU Arena. It is designed for individuals who are interested in mountaineering or climbing. The climbing wall is open to anyone who loves the sense of adrenaline and wants to enjoy sports.
There is a shooting polygon inside the CIU Arena for air gun sports, which attracts great interest worldwide and is developing in the TRNC.
For squash, which is one of the fastest sports in the world, there are two special courts in the closed area of the CIU Arena.
