Program Outcomes

PO1:  Have adequate knowledge on mathematics, science and industrial engineering; have the ability to apply theoretical and practical knowledge to solve complex industrial engineering problems.
PO2:   Have the ability to identify, describe, formulate and solve complex industrial engineering problems; and the ability to select and apply convenient analysis and modelling methods.
PO3:   Have the ability to design a complex system, process, equipment or product under realistic constraints and conditions meeting certain requirements; and the ability to practice modern design methods in accordance with this objective.
PO4:   Have the ability to develop, select and utilize modern techniques and tools for solving complex problems encountered in industrial engineering practices; and the ability to utilize information technologies effectively.
PO5:   Have the ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to collect, analyze and interpret data for complex engineering problems and field-specific problems.
PO6:   Have the ability to function effectively in the field of industrial engineering and multidisciplinary teams; and the ability to work individually.
PO7:   Have the ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.

PO11: Have awareness on the comprehensive training required to understand the impact of engineering practices on health, environment and safety in a global and societal context; knowledge of contemporary issues; awareness of the legal impact of engineering solutions.
