DGFC 2025 follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure high-quality contributions.

📌 Review Stages:

1. Initial Check: Papers are checked for formatting, originality, and completeness.
2. Double-Blind Review:
   • Each paper is reviewed by at least two experts in the field.
   • Authors’ identities remain anonymous to reviewers.
   • Reviewers evaluate the paper based on relevance, originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution.
3. Decision Notification:
   • Authors will receive a decision within 7 working days after submission.
   • The decision will be: Accepted, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Rejected.
4. Revision & Final Submission:
   • Accepted papers may require minor or major revisions based on reviewer feedback.
   • Authors have one month after the conference to submit final manuscripts.
