• Submitting this form does not guarantee participation. Teams will be shortlisted based on the motivation section provided, and only selected teams will be invited to join the event.

• I may be contacted by phone if my team is shortlisted. If I cannot be reached, my team may lose its chance to participate.

• If my team is selected and I confirm our allocation, all members will attend the event together on the event day. I understand that; if any member is absent, our team may be rejected during registration.

• We are required to present valid student confirmation letters (proof of enrollment).

• Late arrivals to the registration on the event day may result in disqualification. All teams must complete registration by the announced time on the event day.
