CIU Graduation Ceremony will be held on June 28th

Cyprus International University (CIU) 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester Graduation Ceremony will be held on June 28th Tuesday.

CIU was founded in 1997 and this year will be marking the 23rd Graduation Ceremony where more than 2000 students will be celebrating their graduation at the end of the 2021-22 Academic Year Spring Semester. 

The 2021-22 Academic Year Spring Semester graduation ceremony will be held at the CIU Open Air Performing Arts Center at 7:30pm, and in addition to the graduating students and their families, the ceremony will be attended by top ranking officials. 

There will be a total of more than 2000 students graduating from Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Communication, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies,  School of Tourism and Hotel Management, School of Health Sciences , School of Applied Sciences, School of Physical Education and Sports, Vocational School of Health Sciences  and Vocational School of Justice will receive their Associate and Bachelor’s degrees while those students graduating from the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research will receive their Master’s and PhD diplomas. 

The ceremony will start with the speeches delivered by the dignitaries, will be followed by the speeches delivered in both Turkish and English on behalf of the graduating class of 2022, and a concert by the International Chorus. The ceremony will end with the students’ receiving their diplomas, cap throwing ceremony and the fireworks.
