Making evaluations in relation to the frequent presence of foreign players within discussions on sports, Erol advised, “I do not agree with the concept of foreigners within sports. In this context, success will be achieved by whoever is superior in terms of performance”.

During the panel where Northern Cyprus Turkish football was evaluated, Oshan underlined that the most important element for the TRNC teams is to have their own field where they can perform their training, and elaborated, “We, as Doğan Turkish Union, have made this advance. We have begun the construction of our facilities with the money we separated from our own budget”.

Stating within his speech that the concept of academy within football has gained importance among country clubs during recent years, Devecioğlu explained that after 2010, unplanned equity investments begun to be more planned.

Advising that along with the decrease in the federation's lower-age category activities, the number of foreign athletes has decreased also, Devecioğlu went on to state, "The number of foreign athletes has been reduced from 3 to 1. It is for this reason that there has been a tendency towards personal resources”.

Perçinci expressed that when looking at the past, there has been important developments in terms of professionalism in football, and advised that in this context, the attitudes of the managers have an important place within football.

Referring to the fact that in order for the infrastructure to development, there is a need for important teachers, Perçinci concluded, "If we think of the infrastructure as a garden and we are going to grow flowers and trees, there is definitely a need for a good gardener".
