CIU Library Manager Özlem Araz shared the information that there has been an update within the reserve collections and the electronic resources.

Stating that among the library resources of more than 80 thousand printed resources, those with a number of copies were separated and rearranged, Araz added that the course and supplementary course materials that were separated and are qualified books were shared with the students via the “For You” corner that has been set up within the library.

Özlem Araz added that with the sharing of these books, they aimed to remind their old students that as the library, they will continue to always support their studies and that in terms of the new students, by welcoming them, they aimed for them to gain the habit of the library, which has such an important place within the university culture.

Expressing that they wanted to make a nice new beginning to the academic year for students returning to the university after such a long period of time, and for those that have newly registered, Araz concluded that they are planning to carry out a number of works similar to the “For you” corner, aimed at the students.
