How can I request authorization for apps within INTRANET ?

By default, all CIU staff are granted access to the relevant applications within INTRANET based on their unit and role. Our system automatically assigns the appropriate authorizations to ensure you have access to the tools you need.

If you require additional access to specific applications beyond what has been assigned, you can submit a request by contacting the Software Development Office at software-request@ciu.edu.tr.

Please include details of the application and the access level you need to help us process your request efficiently.

How can I get technical support regarding any INTRANET app or SIS ?

You can get technical support by sending an email to software-request@ciu.edu.tr.
