CIU Startup Studio to make your dreams come true

With the Startup Studio created on campus, Cyprus International University (CIU) opens its doors and facilities to entrepreneurs with innovative ideas. CIU Startup Studio is the first of its kind made available by a university on the island. To celebrate the opening of the studio on May 29, Wednesday, many events have been organized.  
At the promotional event to be held at 7:30 pm at CIU Open Air Performing Arts Center, CIU Startup Studio General Manager Tamer Garip, angel investor and businessman Ahmet Bilgen, angel investor and businesswoman from Northern Ireland Diane Roberts, angel investor from Estonia. and AI expert Shahab Anbarjafari and surprise guests will give information about the work of CIU Startup Studio.
Making a statement about CIU Startup Studio, Garip stated that people with innovative business ideas can apply to them and noted that these ideas will be evaluated and then implemented by an expert team formed within the Startup Studio.
Garip pointed out that the applicants will not only discover business ideas and achieve their personal goals through this endeavor  but they will also have the chance to contribute to the growth and development of Northern Cyprus with these projects.
Pointing out that the world needs people who are creative, passionate and who want to be progressive, Garip said, “We are not just opening a Startup Studio at CIU. We are opening the door to endless possibilities. Here, your ideas can take flight and your dreams can come true." 
Garip also gave information about the promotional event and stated that many international and local experts will deliver speeches  at the opening. Garip stated that they wanted the promotional night to be held especially at the CIU Open Air Performing Arts Center which was newly built at the university, and noted that there would be many exciting shows at the event and that they were waiting for everyone attend these festivities.
